Pretty easy process. It did take a little longer, 8 months, but team kept in constant contact and worked hard to sell home. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure the home was sold by coming by the house to make sure it was alright. Letting them know what could be done to make it seller better, coordinated with a couple of contractors to make sure they were doing their job as well.
